He was predeceased by: his wife Norma (Norma); his parents, Henry and Clara; and his siblings, Joseph, Maurice, Marcel, Alice Lapointe, Irene Courtemanche, Theresa Pomerleau, Jeanne D'Arc Trepanier and Laurette Rancourt.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Joyce Christakis; his children, Diane Rancourt and Mike Rancourt (Debbie); his grandchild Chris (Pamela); his children, Michelle (Steve), Kyle, Andre Rancourt (Margaret) and Anne White (John); his grandson Corey (Jen); his children, Garrett and Janet Rancourt Carlander (Paul); his granddaughter Alexandra (Wesley); and his children, Ezra and Sara. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
