He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Mottram and Florence Mottram; his wife Rose Arlene Gagne; and his brothers, Roger, Gerald, David, Ronnie and Dale.
He is survived by: his close friend Bea Page; his children, Pam Lizotte (Roger), Frank Mottram, Jr. (Lisa) and Don Mottram (Donna); and his siblings, Gloria Hall and Bruce Mottram. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
