He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl; his stepfather Irving Blanchard; and his sisters, Nancy Hudson and Judy Rancourt. He is survived by: his stepmother June Hallowell of Bath; and his brothers, Dale Hallowell (Sue) of Greenville, NH and Brian Hallowell (Holly) of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
