He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Provost and Regina Gagnon Provost; and his siblings, Roger, Maurice, Lucille Saucier, Anita Phillipon, Marcelle Levasseur, Muriel Bazinet, Jeannine Pelletier and Theresa Long.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Amy) of Cornish, James of Lewiston and Rena (Bob Farrington) of Auburn; and his granddaughter Emily Farrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
