We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2019, at the age of 94, Helen Theresa Wood Vaughan (Lewiston, Maine) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Wood and Ellen Rattigan Wood (Helen); her husband Edward Vaughan; her brothers, Wilbur, Ralph, Raymond, Alfred and Carl Wood; her son-in-law Gard L. Akerley; and her grandchildren, Sunshine and Colin Akerley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Plummer (Bob Gardner) of Auburn and Judi Akerley-Adams (Bruce) of Minot; her great grandchildren, Matt Plummer (Sarah), Tim Plummer (Veronica) of Bend, OR and Tobie Akerley Gordon (Shawn) of South Paris; and her friend Evelyn Tuttle of Auburn.
