He is survived by: his wife Kayla; his son Bentley; his grandchildren, Linc, Hannah, Keegan, Danielle, Christina and Olivia; his siblings, Kristy, Tina, Eric, Alison and Nichole; and his stepfather David. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many good friends.
