He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ouellette and Theresa Ouellette (Gaudreau); and his stepfather Roland Morel. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ouellette (Pomerleau) of Lewiston; his children, Paul Ouellette Jr. (Shelly) of Turner and Kim Dunlop (Jeff) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Caleb, Saige, Gavin Dunlop, Jacob and Nathan Ouellette; and his siblings, Leo Ouellette (Nancy), Robert Ouellette (Jen), Richard Ouellette (Anita), Pauline Gagnon (Rodney) and Connie Leblond (Bob). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters.
