He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bouchard (Chick); his children, Rebecca Bouchard of Wallingford, CT and Stacey Bouchard-Diaz (Matthew) of Minot; his grandchildren, Gregory and Linkin; and his sisters, Jeanne Mullen (Bill) of Portland and Claire Cram (Bill) of Carolina, RI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
