Schlax Sr. of Lewiston, Maine, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Schlax and Julie Riordan; his sister Jean; and his close friend Joe Komensky. He is survived by: his wife Josie; his children, Jeannine (Lee Pisarczyk), Peter, Jr. (Paula), Michael (Liz) and Denise of Elgin, IL.; his granddaughters, Sarah, Norah, Elena and Jillian; and his brother-in-law David Monroe (Cecilia). He is also survived by his children, children-in-law, and grandchildren.
