He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his parents, Phillip and Judith; his granddaughter Cadence "Poppa'; his children, Alicia (Patrick), Tiffany (Tanner), Christopher and Brittany; his stepchildren, Donnie (Rosa), Mike (Amanda), Derek (Brittany), Patrick and Kaytee (Jesse); and his siblings, Jenny (Ed) of Maine, Kathy (Jerry), Chery of Indiana, Donald of Florida, Nancy (Rick) of Ohio and Tracey (David) of Florida.
