He is survived by: his parents, Raymond Waters and Agnes Waters; his wife Margaret; his son Richard Waters Jr.; his wife Jane of Lisbon Falls; his daughter Amanda Guy (John); and also, Robbie Waters (Corina) of Lewiston, Dean Waters (Laura) of Wales and Swedish. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
