He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernest Cloutier and Anna Cloutier; his spouse Rita P. Plante; and his siblings, Raymond (Claire) of Lewiston, Jeanne Poulin, Sr. and Gerard. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
