He was predeceased by: his former wife Lucille; and his brother Alfred Belanger. He is survived by: his son Thomas Snowe of Shapleigh; his daughter-in-law Pamela Snowe of Shapleigh; his grandchildren, Joshua Neagle, Kyle Neagle, Britani Seeman, Dustin Morin, Alexandra Buckley (Snowe) and Caroline Snowe; his brother Roger Belanger; and his sisters-in-law, Lorraine and Lauren Belanger. He is also survived by friends from Meadowview apartments, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
