He is survived by: his son DJ Johnson; his brothers, Brene (Elaine), Brian (Lisa), Carey (Gail), Everett (Tammy), Alan (Julie) and Terry (Betty); his nieces and nephews, Eric, Mallory, Melissa, Richard, Megan and Bradley; his great-nieces, Hayden and Kennedy; and his close friends, Doug Stanhope, Love and Tina Stirrett.
