He was predeceased by: his mother Julie Pettigrow; and his grandparents, Richard and Nettie Pettigrow. He is survived by: his wife Jade Moody; his children, Skyla Rayne (Zakary Leonard) and Father Owen (Lena Moody); his stepbrother Jacob; his sister Samantha Perry; his brother-in-law Lewis; his aunt Lisa Griffin; and his cousin Richie Fielder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many special friends.
