He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dobbins and Cecelia Dobbins; and his sister Charlotte (Alan Beal) of Jonesport, ME.. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Berry of Machiasport; his children, Darlene R. Bailey of Boothbay Harbor, ME, Cheryl A. Thomas of Machiasport, ME and Wayne M. Dobbins (Debbie) of Spotsylvania, VA; his grandchildren, Travis J. Falabella (Jennifer) of Moneta, VA, Brandi L. Horton (Tommy) of Arlington, VA and Christopher J. Thomas (Chao); his great grandchildren, Wayne, Jay and Rex Horton of Arlington, VA; his sister-in-law Hildred McLean of Nashua, NH; and his cousin Roland Kelley (Ann) of Northwood, NH.
