He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Perkins and Louise Harriman Perkins; his son-in-law Jeff Riggs; and his granddaughter Bambi Lynn. He is survived by: his spouses, Frances Hodgkin and Mechanic Falls; his children, Doreen Riggs of Livermore, Ken, Jr. (Anita) of Norway, Kathy Downing (Ric) of Hartford, Diane Thomas (Larry) of Lisbon Falls, Darlene Thomas (Sam, Jr.) of Minot and Felicia Gilks (Sean) of Livermore Falls; his grandchildren, Tia, Ben, Elizabeth, Zak, Nate, Lance, Jason, Sammy, Seth, Meagan, MacKenzie, Morgan, Adri, Abi and Whitney; his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Kennadie, Annie and Liam; and his siblings, Evelyn Berube, Sandra Strout and Leonard Perkins.
