He is survived by: his wife Delores V. Young; his children, Becky Fontaine, Thomas A. Mowat Jr. and Beth Bourassa (Erik) of Mexico; his granddaughters, Megan Fontaine Neary (Mark) of Norway, Ashley Rich of Mexico and Kaylee Bourassa of Mexico; and his great grandchildren, Cole Theriault and Clayton Rich of Mexico.
