He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Ashley and Nora Ashley (Sinclair); and his stepdaughter Elva Moulton. He is survived by: his daughter Norma Fowler of Dana Point, CA; his stepdaughters, Barbara Acorn of Ellsworth and Sandra Burgess of Mesa, AZ; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Fowler, Ryan and Eric Wilcomb; and his great grandchildren, Eligh and Damien Wilcomb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
