He was predeceased by: his parents, Anibal Moutinho and Mariana Moutinho (Sousa); and his sisters, Maria, Cristina and Lidia.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph (Veronica), Andrew (Angela), Daniel and John (Kayla); his grandchildren, Cody, Brianna, Landen, Owen, Dakota and Kennedy; his siblings, Antonio, Arminda and Alice; his close friend George Finnemore; and the mother of his children Sharon Drake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
