He is survived by: his wife Carol A. MacKay (Ryder); his children, Richard MacKay, Paul MacKay Jr., Lori Ann MacKay Vizcaino and Mary-Jo MacKay Williams; his stepchildren, Cathleen Duarte, Herman Ralph and Cynthia Hadzima of Fl; and his sisters, Nancy MacKay Hattox and Jean MacKay Goodnight.
