With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard W. Palmer Jr. (Norway, Maine), who passed away on May 4, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Odile Palmer (Roy) and Howard W. Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his son Howard (Howie); his significant other Nancy Voisine; his daughter-in-law Susan Palmer; his grandchildren, Lisa Palmer, Daniel Murray of Dunnellon, FL, Jennifer Palmer and Karen Palmer of Norway, ME.; and also Perry Palmer.
