He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Bulmer and Della Bulmer (Brooks); his wife Annie; his granddaughter Lorna Labbe Brackett; and his brothers, Donald and Wallace.
He is survived by: his daughter Virginia Labbe; his grandchildren, Rick Labbe (Nancy) and Dana Labbe (Barbara); his great grandchildren, Tyler Brackett, Maureen Mosher, Ciera Lambert and Jenna Murray; his sister Marion Bulmer; his son-in-law Mike; and his brother-in-law Richard (Callie Ratliff). He is also survived by his five great, great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
