She was predeceased by: her spouse J. Hobart Pierce, Jr.; her parents, Earle M. Hutchinson and Ethel Hutchinson (Adams); and her brothers, Earle Hutchinson and Glenn David Hutchinson.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Roy (Gene) of Oakland, John H. Pierce, III (Mary) of Oakland, William Pierce (Janie Dafonte) of Oakland, Edward Pierce (Sandy) of Sidney, James Pierce (Cindy) of Madison, David Pierce (Bonnie) of Oakland, Jennifer Rice (Eric Howe) of Industry, Allen Pierce (Karen) of Acton, Kate Cote (Roland) of Oakland and Peter Pierce (Gina) of Oakland. She is also survived by her 29 Grandchildren, her 49 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
