He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald H. Palmer and Marie Palmer (Embich); and his siblings, Susan Palmer Brown and Carlton Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Janice (Wiley); his children, Diane Angelo (Paul) of Troy, ME, Carolyn LaVerdiere (Steve) of Gilbertsville, PA, Rebecca Watson (Don) of Gilford, NH and James Palmer of Augusta, ME.; his brother Joel Palmer of Limerick, ME; his siblings-in-law, Linda, Maxine Palmer and Dean Brown; his grandchildren, Laura, Amy, Thomas, Edward, Tyler, Taylor, Morgan, Sarah and Emily; his great grandchildren, Donovin, Treva, Brenton, Aiden, Lenna, Oliver and James; and his sibling's children, Cathy, Robin, Penny, Jonathan and Amy.
Following the guidelines set forth by the State of Maine and the CDC face masks and social distancing will be required.
