Helen M. Descoteaux Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen M. Descoteaux of Old Orchard Beach, Maine, who passed away on June 25, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Helen departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Helen. Though Helen may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Descoteaux and Patricia Descoteaux (Nason); and her brothers, Gerald Nason and Richard Descoteaux. She is survived by: her daughters, Alison Fontaine (Shawn) and Lisa Johnson (Bato Lapointe Jr.); her grandsons, Nathan Doody, Matthew Doody and Tyler Secord; and her brother Robert Descoteaux Sr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cote Funeral Home Chapel (87 James St, Saco, ME 04072).
