We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2018, at the age of 85, Frances Marie Dyer Gerard (Peaks Island, Maine), born in Weslaco, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her siblings, James Gordon Dyer (Jonita) and Billie Ruth Dyer Brandt (Edmund). She is survived by : her husband Cleveland Joseph Gerard; her daughters, Gigi Gerard Franklin (Jeffrey Thomas) of Austin and Ann Marie Gerard Winstead (Raymond); her granddaughter Emma Claire Winstead; her siblings, Mary Dyer Jackson (Dale) of Farmington, Weldon Ray Dyer (Lowery) of Weslaco and Jackie Phillip Dyer (Thelma) of Weslaco; and her brother-in-law Sidney Gerard of Peaks Island. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to the Dr. Cleveland and Frances Gerard Scholarship (account # 04-33734) in the Department of Soil and Crop Sciences at Texas A&M University.
