She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wade Harvey and Annie Mae Harvey (Jenkins); her husband Julius Cesar Jones; and her siblings, Ulysses Harvey, Leroy Harvey, Wade Harvey, Jr., Vivian Hamilton and Waldia Jean Harvey.
She is survived by: her son Brian David Rex Carter of Ohio; her sister Agnes Harvey Carter-Rush of Florida; her grandchildren, Tiffany Carter Skillings of Maine, Brandon Carter of New York and Eric Carter of New York; her great grandchild Liam Skillings of Maine; and her pet Pickles.
