With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Fogg of Portland, Maine, born in Brewer, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Seth Watts and Dorothy Clark Watts; her husband Sherman Fogg; her siblings, Melvin R Watts and Beatrice Jones; and her stepson Sheldon Fogg.

She is survived by: her son Richard Hazelton, Sr. (Pamela); her sister Audrey Keeling; her grandchildren, Richard Hazelton, Jr. (Reneé Shaw), Angela Lemelin (Rick), Adam Fogg and Valerie McPherson (Colin); her great grandchildren, Celine Hazelton (Samuel Shively), Cole Lemelin (Lauren), Ryan Hazelton (Isabella Dail) and Paige Lemelin; and her great great grandchildren, Kennedy Lemelin and Whitt Hazelton. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Conroy-Tully Walker Funeral Home of South Portland (1024 Broadway, South Portland, ME 04106). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
