He is survived by: his parents, Carole II (Eliason) and Leroy Wormell II; his wife Lisa Wormell; his son Brendon; his daughter-in-law Bri Wormell; his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Andrew McKenzie; his grandchildren, Georgia, Grant and Emery Wormell; his brother Chad; his sister-in-law Sherisse Wormell; his sister Caroline; his brother-in-law Tom Smarc; and his pet Rusty.
