He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman A. Tapley and Kathleen M. Tapley (Winslow); his sister Dianna; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Kevin and Ryan (Tatyana); and his siblings, Norman (Pam), Donna (Larry) and Alice (Bill). He is also survived by five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
