With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Lorraine Dickinson (Presque Isle, Maine), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alyre Pelletier and Catherine Pelletier of Fort Kent, Maine.; her husband Linwood Cecil Dickinson; and her siblings, Ronald Pelletier, Doris Bard, Lewellyn Pelletier, Norman Pelletier, Clarence Pelletier, Edmay Michaud, Lucienne Dufour, Theresa Pelletier and Harold Pelletier.
She is survived by: her siblings, James Pelletier, Alyre Pelletier, Jr. (Laconia), Beatrice Bourgoine, Gilman Pelletier and Rena Mae Bard; and her children, Philip Dickinson, Larry Dickinson, Mary Ann Barkley, Donald Dickinson (Massena), Susan Winchell and Cecil "Will" Dickinson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (6 Roberts St, Presque Isle, ME 04769). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (728 Main St, Presque Isle, ME 04769).
