Noyes; her sister Hazel Gull (Ted) of Ellicott City, MD; her stepdaughter Betsy Smith; her sister-in-law Carol Constantine of Brandon, VT; her close friend Wes Miller; and her siblings, Robert Constantine, Jr, Edwin Constantine, Crystal Terry and Betty Baird.
