He is survived by: his wife Noelline Picard; his children, Conrad Picard (Sharon), Hector Picard (Janet) and Melissa Demers (Steve); his grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, Chase, Hannah and Libbie; and his siblings, Aline Saucier (Joey), Dorothy Jarry (Daniel), Rachel Viger, Suzanne Gray (Gary), Donald Picard (Annette) and Richard Picard (Lorrie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
