We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2020, at the age of 66, Alan Robert Hanson of Saco, Maine, born in Milo, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Hanson. He is survived by: his father Harold Hanson; his grandson Billy; his siblings, David Hanson, Karen Hanson and Anne Folster; his children, Tony Hanson, Billy Hanson and Emily Thayer; his children-in-law, Amy Hanson, Erin Cancino and Ryan Thayer; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Maddison, Izabella, Hunter, Sidney and Beres.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his name to Mount Monadnock Rescue Team.
