He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Fortier and Laura Fortier (Constant); his spouse Pauline Plourde; his children, Barbara A. Chase (Christopher) of Wells Bernadette, Marcotte (Richard) of Lyman Lynn, Dominguez (Robert) of Wells and Thomas A. Fortier of Connecticut; his sister Rosa Gerry (Jovis) of Florida; and his sibling's child Visiting Hours.
