He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Collins and Dolly Collins (Laws); and his siblings, Pauline, Frank Jr., Lewis James, John and Donald Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Collins (Jacques); his sons, Steven A. Collins (Pamela), James L. Collins (Deb), Wayne P. Collins (Theresa) and David A. Collins (Diana); his grandchildren, Beth, Patrick, Tyler and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Charlize and Zoie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
