With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil F Friedman of Saco, Maine, born in Wallingford, Vermont, who passed away on July 10, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Waters and Florence Lowell Waters; her significant other Harry; her children, Carl Friedman, Anna Willey (Thomas) of Saco and Mark Friedman (J. Elaine) of North Carolina; her daughter-in-law Susan Friedman of Saco; her grandchildren, Dana, Christine, Brenda, Meredith and Tracy; and her great grandchildren, Brady, Sophia, Logan, Ellie, Elizabeth, Quinn and Samantha. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
