She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Brouillard and Beatrice Brouillard (Richard); her husband James W. Dame; her close friend Arthur Letendre; and her sister Therese Simoneau (Brouillard).
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Dame (Debbie) and Carmen Dame Gawronski (Robert Gawronski Sr) of Saco; and her grandchildren, Alexandria Redmond (Zachary) of Carmel, Stephanie Paul (Steve) of Orono, Samantha Ruiz (Dominque) of Chandler, Jennifer Gawronski of Saco and Robert Gawronski Jr. of Saco. She is also survived by her 4 great-grandchildren, and her 14 nieces and nephews, their spouses, their children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
