With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Constance Picard of Saco, Maine, born in Biddeford, Maine, who passed away on December 18, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henri Paul Picard and Cecile Guillette Picard; her brother David; her sister-in-law Joanne Picard; and her brother Marcel Picard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Raymond Picard of Yarmouth, Gerard, Andre Picard (Priscilla) of Saco, Michael "Mitch" Picard (Lisa) of Cape Neddick, Roland Picard of Saco, Lorraine Cote (Raymond) of Biddeford and Diane Johnson of Saco. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
