He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rowlands and Ethel Rowlands; his wife Elisabeth Rowlands of Saco; his sister Meryl Sclater (Neal) of Sarasota, FL; and his sibling's children, David Sclater (Deborah), Lorelle Harrigan (Sean) and Audrey Slater.
