He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Newcomb and Ruth Newcomb (Severance); his spouse Linda Lee White; his brother Richard Newcomb; his siblings-in-law, William Treworgy and Frances Newcomb; his granddaughter Kelley J. Newcomb; his children, Robert Newcomb (Deborah), Cathy Wall (Roy), Jennifer Curtis (Rick) and Martha Kulikowski (Bob); and his grandchildren, Jody, Jeff, Matthew, Alex, Dustin, Lindsay, Scott and Sam.
