Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Herbert Earl Tyler Jr. of Scarborough, Maine, who passed away at the age of 90, on May 2, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Tyler and Dorothy Tyler (Hodgdon); his siblings, Richard Tyler and Carolyn Draper; and his son Michael Tyler (Brenda).
He is survived by: his wife Grace Tyler (Taylor); his siblings, Marilyn Davanage of Arlington, MA, Bobby (Carolyn Tyler), Nancy (Tom Rivet) and Debbie (George Erickson); and his children, Dianne Flammia (Tony) of Newington, NH, Glenn Tyler (Laurie) of Bethel, ME and David Tyler (Michelle) of Raymond, ME. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hobbs Funeral Home (230 Cottage Rd, South Portland, ME 04106). A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery (881 Highland Ave, South Portland, ME 04106).
