With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merton Franklin Brackett of Scarborough, Maine, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Guy Brackett and May Brackett (Russell); his brother Manley; and his sister-in-law Virginia Brackett. He is survived by : his children, Dr. Jeffrey Brackett (Jennifer) and Mary Sullivan (Robert) of Bolton, CT; his grandchildren, Bethany, Hannah and Joshua Sullivan; his granddaughter-in-law Arielle; his significant other Carolyn Brackett of Scarborough; and also Oakleigh Eva.
