We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2020, at the age of 93, Virginia Libby-Plummer of Scarborough, Maine, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold A. Henderson and Esther Berry; her brother Harold Henderson, Jr.; her former life partner Frank H. Libby; and her husband Arnold Plummer.

She is survived by : her children, Rennie Topham of Limerick, Deborah Dinsmore (Denis) of Scarborough, H. Michael Libby (Donna) of Hollis and Jeff F. Libby of Scarborough; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Danica, Ben and Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Scarborough Free Baptist Church.
