He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dorcas Chase Orton and William Richard Orton Jr.; his wife Julie; his son Rich; his daughter-in-law Myra of Brooklyn, NY; his son Ben; his daughter-in-law Christine of Toronto; his granddaughter Julieta of Toronto; his son Rob; his daughter-in-law Doris of Portland, Maine.; his sister Hester; his brother-in-law Earl Grue of Brewster; and his mother-in-law Mary Gorman of Woburn. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
