We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 88, Joan Larita Gottardi of Skowhegan, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George Elias (Rahen) and Sadie Elias (Mitchell); her husband Carl E. Gottardi; her brothers, Donnie Elias and Bobby Elias; and her son-in-law Darrell Mitchell.
She is survived by : her children, Donna-Jo Mitchell (Gottardi) and Carl Gottardi II; her grandchildren, Major Eric Mitchell (Kate Mitchell), Tim Mitchell (Bridgette Mitchell), Nicole Libby (Lance Libby) and Nina Rose Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Ava, Lydia Libby, Ryder and Brady Mitchell; and her cousins, Larry Mitchell, Carlene Kemp and Sandy Morin.
A COVID-safe service will take place later in the year at the Maine Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Augusta.
