He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred LaPorte and Gabrielle LaPorte; and his sister Claire Riendeau. He is survived by : his children, Ronald, Robert (Lori, Ronald) and Renee (Andrea); his grandchildren, Caitlin (Dugan, Regan), Benjamin and Dayna; his great grandchild Sophia; and his brother Paul LaPorte Viewing.
