As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gerard Neal may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelius Onos and Jacoba Hagoort Onos; his wife Diane Prescott; and his son Steven. He is survived by: his children, Michael Onos (LuAnn Overstreet), David (Laurie) of South Portland and Kathryn (Ed DiPhilippo) of South Portland.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hobbs Funeral Home (230 Cottage Rd, South Portland, ME 04106).
