He is survived by: his wife Jane Kimball Foley; his daughters, Kristina Jane Foley and Dr. Katelyn Kimball Foley (Michael J. Williams); his grandchildren, Adrienne, Vivienne Foley Green, Zoë and Alice Williams; and his sister-in-law Susan G. Kimball Barker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
